Liftkartz is a B2B marketplace facilitating transactions between verified sellers and registered buyers of elevator parts, components, and accessories. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements are processed for orders placed through www.liftkartz.com. By purchasing products or services on Liftkartz, you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 By Buyer
- Orders can be canceled before the seller confirms packaging (within 6 hours of placing the order).
- Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
- To request cancellation, contact support@liftkartz.com with your order ID.
2.2 By Seller or Liftkartz
Liftkartz or the respective seller may cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability, stock issues, or logistical constraints.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Non-verification of payment or account details.
If canceled by Liftkartz or the seller, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The product is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.
- The seller is unable to fulfill the order after confirmed payment.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Buyer remorse or incorrect product selection.
- Items already installed, used, or tampered with.
- Customized or made-to-order elevator parts.
4. Refund Process
- The buyer must raise a refund request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Email proof of damage or issue to support@liftkartz.com with the order ID and photos/videos of the item.
- Liftkartz will verify the claim in coordination with the seller.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to the buyer’s original payment method within 5–7 business days after return pickup confirmation.
5. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice copies.
- Replacement (if available) will be shipped once the returned item passes quality check.
Liftkartz may deduct logistics or restocking fees (if applicable) from the refund amount.
6. Non-Refundable Transactions
- Subscription or membership fees paid by sellers.
- Logistics, convenience, or service charges.
- Payment gateway or transaction fees deducted by banks or Razorpay.
7. Refund Timelines
Once approved, refunds typically reflect within:
- 5–7 business days for Razorpay/UPI payments.
- 7–15 business days for debit/credit card or net banking transactions.
Delays may occur depending on the buyer’s bank.
